Fixturlaser XA - The Expert Gearbox Alignment System

The Fixturlaser XA Gearbox Alignment system enables you to conduct gearbox alignment quickly, easily and precisely. The Fixturlaser GO is the latest Gearbox Alignment system to be launched by Fixturlaser. Aimed at a mid-price level, the GO system is ideal for maintenance technicians needing to perform fast and precise gearbox and motor alignment checks for horizontal and vertically mounted plant machinery.

The GO Gearbox Alignment system is easy to use thanks to the graphic screen interface, and together with its technical features, such as CCD and line laser in the measurement units with 30 mm large detector surfaces; it will obtain measurement results with a high degree of accuracy.

The USB connection allows for fast transferring of measurement results to a PC, which requires no additional external software of special system printer to be installed for carrying out the measurement result transfer.

The Fixturlaser GO comes with all the basic gearbox alignment applications in order to keep rotating machinery aligned. It performs horizontal as well as vertically mounted gearbox shaft alignment.

The horizontal gearbox alignment application includes functions, such as e.g. SoftCheck™ (control of Softfoot condition) and Target Values (pre-defined values which compensate for the gearbox's thermal expansion).
